Regional Conference on Special Needs Education 2009 (SNE 2009) gathers professionals and researchers with an aim to share the latest findings and resources related to special needs education. The conference is going to be held from 20 – 22 July and is organized to help in improving the quality of life for these children. It is supported by Ministry of Education Malaysia, Department of Social Welfare Malaysia, Malaysian Down Syndrome Association, and National Society for the Deaf as well as Malaysian Association for the Blind. The conference is designed to attain the objectives like

- To discuss appropriate implementation for the sustainable development of individuals with special needs
