2nd Asia-Euro Tourism, Hospitality & Gastronomy Conference 2008 will bring together all the professionals related to hospitality & tourism industry on a common platform. The conference would cover all the key topics related to tourism, hospitality and gastronomy. It will include the Asian experience, the European experience and any Asia-euro cooperation in the areas such as tourism, hospitality & gastronomy trends in any of the three sub-themes and developing countries, sort of transfer of knowledge and technology through tourism, hospitality & gastronomy activities, effect from technological achievement and upgrading by local firms and persons in tourism, hospitality & gastronomy projects, type of instrument which can be used to promote technology in the tourism, hospitality & gastronomy related sectors, how tourism, hospitality & gastronomy projects can produce spillovers in the industry itself or in other corporate sectors that have linkages with the tourism, hospitality & gastronomy industry, how to enhance knowledge, acquisition and technological learning by local economic agents in developing countries, transfer of technology in tourism, hospitality & gastronomy, monitoring/controlling progress in tourism, hospitality & gastronomy etc.
