Graduate Law Conference

The Graduate Law Conference aims to promote and showcase the research of emerging legal scholars from Canada and abroad. The conference is organized by the Graduate Law Students Association, which includes all graduate members in the research stream of the Osgoode Hall Law School LLM and PhD Programs. The conference also gives a nice opportunity for the students to present their papers. The conference invites paper with focus on the role of the state, the historical development of various conception of regulation, reflections upon the nature and operative conditions of regulation and fields such as corporate governance, economic relations, administrative law etc.
