Robotica 2012

Robotica 2012 is the premier event in Italy dedicated to the sector of humanoid and service robots. The event will showcase a variety of technologies, discoveries and products at the service of mankind and the quality of life, so-called "non-manufacturing" or service robots, automated machines for varied uses, from assistance for old people to medical and surgical applications, from home automation to situations of danger, from environmental sectors, to maintenance and inspection to personal robots for free time, entertainment and education. The tradeshow will bring together universities and research centres, cutting-edge laboratories and highly innovative companies to discuss and design the roadmap for the further scientific research in the robotic field. Robotica 2012: Humanoid and Service Robots, featuring an exhibition, conferences, workshops and B2B meetings, intends to hold up competitiveness and bring the world of research and academic-university spin-offs with venture capital representatives.
