London International Conference on Education (LICE 2009) is an international umpired conference dedicated to the development of the theory and practices in education. The event promotes joint excellence between academicians and professionals from education. The workshops at LICE 2009 will provide an excellent opportunity to young researchers to present their work and to get feedback from an interested community.
