Aerospace & Defence Training Show (ADTS) will feature two parallel conferences one focusing on civil and the other on defence. Breakout workshops will provide the opportunity to think on different key areas of training, simulation and recruitment. With a shortage in pilots, lack of skilled aviation managers, engineers, air traffic controllers, crew and other aviation related skills, the ADTS exhibition and conference will tackle the issues arising from the aerospace industry both civil and military. At ADTS there will also be a dedicated exhibition where training and simulation companies, along with recruitment companies, training facilities and manufacturers will present their solutions to the airlines, air forces, students, HR companies and Universities.
