Food Micro 2010 is the 22nd International ICFMH Symposium, dedicated to the renaissance of microbial physiology for the production of fresh, safe and healthy foods. The event brings together scientists from all sectors within the community of microbial behavior and highlights the latest developments in the field. Food Micro 2010 comes up with the theme of “Microbial Behavior in the Food Chain” and cover topics such as microbial behavior in- food fermentation and spoilage, adverse environments, risk assessment, food production and intestinal tract. The show also presents various poster sessions and covers all topics those where not covered in oral presentations.
