SLA@SOI Information Day 2010 will bring together professionals interested in service level agreement (SLA). The event will provide them with a forum for discussing the results till date. This conference is meant for people with both scientific and industrial background. This is because service-orientation and cloud computing are two of the most convincing development in IT today. Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are an important technology for transforming cloud offerings into commodities that can be traded.
