The International Business & Leadership Symposium will organize a conference on Ethics in Business – Corporate Culture & Spirituality, which is aimed at bringing together leaders from civil society, politics, business, academia, and religious groups to discourse on new leadership styles that are sustainable and ensure productivity for the business communities. It provides a platform for the thought leaders to share their experiences and proficiency on the value of an ethics-based approach to deal with today’s challenges. It also reviews the impact of this approach on our society. The 6th edition of this conference is an initiative of the International Association for Human Values, a volunteer-based, charitable NGO dedicated to the development and promotion of human values in society. This year’s conference will examine the measures needed to shape a sustainable future by strengthening human values and ethics.
