First European People Governance Conference is aimed at bringing together people from both the corporate and the academic world in order to discuss the different dimensions of People Governance. Very few studies have been made about the implications of board and managerial decisions on the human dimensions. In addition to it, corporate governance questions have a people governance dimension. First European People Governance Conference will address this theme and develop a framework which can demonstrate how people governance support corporate governance. The Conference will also provide insights on how corporate governance can be enhanced through the influence of the innumerable components of human nature strengthening social-professional cohesion, reinforcing economic and human prospects, enabling the company to be aware of the realities and interactions of its people and mechanisms for a better decision-making and better governance process.
