EuroHeart Conference 2009 is being held to address the growing concern of Cardio Vascular Diseases in Europe. The conference is a part of the EuroHeart project where the speakers will discuss on the issues related to CVD. At this specialized conference, the policy makers will prepare a report on Cardiovascular Health (CVH) promotion and CVD prevention within national plans so as to be implemented in their health agenda. EuroHeart Conference 2009 will present the findings of the report and identify gaps in planning and prevention of CVD at national and European levels through national strategies.
