Harm Reduction 2009: IHRA's 20th International Conference is being organised by the International Harm Reduction Association (IHRA) in association with the Conference Consortium. The conference presents a world forum for all those interested in harm reduction around the world, where they discuss, debate and share ideas on the innovative issues concerned with harm reduction. The theme for the Harm Reduction 2009 conference is 'Harm Reduction and Human Rights'. The conference features plenary sessions, major sessions, symposia, workshops, training events, a film festival, poster exhibitions, exhibition areas, satellite meetings, social and networking events, and plays key role for the dissemination of harm reduction strategies and practice.
