Global Conference on Aquaculture 2010

Global Conference on Aquaculture 2010 is being jointly organized by Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and Network of Aquaculture Centres in Asia-Pacific (NACA) with the theme “Farming the Waters for People and Food”. The conference aims to assess the current status of the aquaculture sector and the key issues surrounding the industry. The event will feature educational sessions and related panel discussion on major parts of aquaculture development and management in the next decades. Global Conference on Aquaculture 2010 will offer a platform for industry experts and government delegates to discuss how technology, resources, manpower and institutional growth can give solutions to the challenges aquaculture sector is facing today and could face in the future.
