FENCA 2010 is the annual general meeting of the Federation of European National Collection Associations. Members will come from several countries of Europe. The main aim of this meeting is to protect and take care of the interests of the national member associations and support the growth of European legislation within the debt collection industry. It will promote the development within national member associations by keeping the collected means for clients separated from the company means. It will cover the special insurance issue for the protection of the clients and the issues from the committee for complaints. Special emphasize will be on basic rules and guidelines for contracts and agreements between the agencies and their clients. It will provide training based on various aspects.
